Kids are always asking for arts and crafts projects to do. Here is a fun video to show you how to make a bird’s nest craft ideas that your kids will enjoy making. They’re easy, inexpensive, and can be done with little supervision! Let’s get crafting!
What you will need
- Four different colors felt or card
- Brown Felt or card
- Paper plate
- Googly eyes
- Art feathers
- Yellow felt or card
Steps
- Cut a paper plate in half. Trace your brown felt and cut it out. Stick this to your plate.
- Cut out four oval shapes from colored felt or card.
- Cut out four diamond shapes from yellow felt or card and stick them onto your colored card to make your bird’s beaks.
- Add on your googly eyes above the beaks of all four birds.
- Apply glue to the back of the paper plate and stick it on your birds to their nests.
- Turn your Nest and birds over and add glue to the back again. Add on as many feathers as you like.
